Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, in their original condition, and returned with the original packaging where applicable. Proof of purchase or order number is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Used, opened, altered, or damaged items not caused by shipping
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Clearance, final-sale, or promotional items marked as non-returnable
- Digital products or downloadable content
- Gift cards
Return Request
Please contact us before sending any item back. Email us at 2658097841@qq.com with your order number, the item name, and the reason for your return request.
If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Do not send products back without prior authorization.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.
Shipping fees, handling fees, and customs duties are non-refundable unless the item was sent incorrectly, damaged, or defective.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days after delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the case and provide an appropriate solution, such as a replacement, partial refund, or full refund where applicable.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is caused by our error, including an incorrect, damaged, or defective item.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returned items. We are not responsible for returned packages that are lost in transit.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it can only be handled under this Refund & Return Policy.
